Our General Fitness Program is for those individuals who are looking to challenge themselves more than they are right now. Those who are in good physical condition and those who may have 10-20 pounds will benefit the most from this program. This is also a great stepping stone to ramp up to the Advanced Fitness Program. REQUIREMENTS

     Experience:

  • 1 year+ weightlifting experience without consultation
  • Proficiency performing a deadlift, bench press, squat & press
