After years of overwhelm and stress controlling my life, Colette helped me find my voice and shared techniques to balance my needs with the needs of others. I never knew that setting boundaries, goals, and making time for myself could be so rewarding. It was convenient to go through the balance coaching process over the phone rather than in an office setting. I never had take additional time out of my schedule.
