We have been involved in the fitness industry for many years. From personal training to operating a gym, we are now shifting our focus to training clients online. With hectic schedules and busy personal lives, we discovered we can help more clients train when it is convenient for them.
By training online, clients can exercise on their own time and save money over training in person. With a range of programs, we are with you every step of the way. Your workouts will be delivered via an app where you can track your progress, nutrition, body composition and progress photos. Depending on the level of involvement you require from us, we can view your progress, provide tips and tricks, and help via email & phone while paying a fraction of the cost of an in-person trainer you sign up for at the gym.
