When I finally decided to take control of my life I realized it was easier than I thought, but still couldn't do it on my own. With the help of trainers I was able to stay on track and finally lose the weight I always struggled with. I lost over 100 pounds and decided that I wanted to help people. People just like you. I became a personal trainer and hope to help as many people as I can.
